看了楼上两位大佬的回答，想要说一下我的意见，仅供参考。

句子分析来说首先肯定要断句，把句子分成几块去理解，然后再组合到一起，所以首先挑出句子当中的全部谓语动词，按照顺序，is，has，has三个谓语动词，所以整个句子是一个主句两个从句，第一个has的连接词为which毫无疑问是修饰change的定语从句。但是第二个has所在的从句，我觉得关键就在于to many前面的that。上面两位大佬认为这个that是代词，但是如果作为代词的话，我觉得首先这个that没有一个合适的句子成分。更关键的是，如果这个that做了代词，那后面的从句就没有连接词了。所以我认为这个that是连接词，再结合句首的it，所以这个句子应该是it作形式主语，真正的主语是逗号后面的that从句。

整体结构和成分上，It作形式主语，is系动词，one of the secrets作表语， in that change of mental poise which has been fitly named conversion作主句的状语，其中包括一个修饰change的定语从句，that to many among us neither heaven nor earth has any revelation till some personality touches theirs with a peculiar influence, subduing them into receptiveness.是整个的主语从句。
